“Talavera” 12x15 Limited Print

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month I painted a Mexican Talavera inspired painting. This design reminds me so much of my childhood. My tios doing carne asada at my Tias house, cousins in the pool, everyone singing and dancing to cumbias. Our culture is so vibrant not only in color but also in the food, the music, and the people.
